TERMS &CONDITIONS
[ 1. Acceptance of Terms ]
By engaging Complete Airscape Solutions for any HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
[ 2. Scope of Services ]
We specialize in professional HVAC system design, installation, and ongoing maintenance. All services are performed by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards and local building codes in Canberra and Sydney.
[ 3. Quotations and Estimates ]
All written quotations provided by Complete Airscape Solutions are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ significantly from those disclosed at the time of the initial assessment.
[ 4. Payment Terms ]
For installation projects, a deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation. For service and repair jobs, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
[ 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling ]
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of service appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a service call-out fee.
[ 6. Warranty and Workmanship ]
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on all new installations. This warranty covers installation-related issues but does not extend to manufacturer defects, which are covered under the specific equipment manufacturer's warranty policy.
[ 7. Limitation of Liability ]
Complete Airscape Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system malfunctions, including but not limited to loss of use or property damage, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
[ 8. Site Access and Safety ]
The client is responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the installation or service area. We reserve the right to refuse service if the site is deemed unsafe for our personnel.
[ 9. Equipment Ownership ]
All equipment, parts, and materials supplied by Complete Airscape Solutions remain our sole property until full payment has been received in cleared funds. We reserve the right to reclaim any unpaid equipment.
[ 10. Privacy and Data ]
We collect and process personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services and managing client accounts. Your data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant privacy legislation.
[ 11. Amendments ]
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
[ 12. Governing Law ]
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these regions.
